If you approve the BUYER, a Contract for Title, Motor Vehicle Lease and Purchase Option is signed by you and the BUYER. A Contract for Title Management Agreement is then signed by you and us. In this Agreement we guarantee to you the complete performance of all parts of the Contract for Title, Motor Vehicle Lease and Purchase Option. We also agree to manage your Contract for Title Agreement with the BUYER until the unit is completely paid for. There is no charge to you for this service. The Contract for Title Agreement is written in your favor. The BUYER must abide strictly by the Agreement. If the BUYER does not default on the AGREEMENT in any way, he has the right to clear title to the unit after all payments are made on the specified due dates. If the BUYER defaults in some manner on your Agreement we will recover the unit for you with no cost on your part, locate another financially qualified BUYER for your approval, and then guarantee that BUYER’s performance to you. In summary: We find a financially qualified BUYER for your unit that you approve.
We manage the unit contract, at no cost to you, until your loan is paid off.
We guarantee maintenance, insurance coverage, timely payments, etc.
We recover the unit, if necessary in the event of a default by the BUYER, at no cost to you.
You do not have to worry about payments while we are finding the next BUYER. We have guaranteed the payments to you and will make them if necessary.
We perform our services exactly as specified in our Agreements and take care of your property just like it was our own property.
